Chef Pops Creole Seasoning was developed in Waveland, Mississippi. Prior to HURRICANE
KATRINA it was packaged at Lakeshore Industries, a rehabilitation facility for challenged workers. Both
Lakeshore Industries and Chef Pops' research facilites were destroyed in the hurricane.
